Return Window

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Return

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except under specific conditions (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Item Not Received – Delivery Dispute Policy

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@frencharabianperfume.com so that we can begin an investigation with the courier.

As part of the investigation process, we will provide you with a Denial of Receipt Form. You will be required to:

• Read the form carefully.
• Complete all relevant information.
• Sign and return the form to us.

This form serves as your formal declaration that the order has not been received and provides the necessary consent for us to proceed with the courier investigation.

Please note:

• Submission of a Denial of Receipt Form does not guarantee a successful claim outcome.
• Each case is reviewed individually based on the evidence provided and the courier’s investigation findings.
• We reserve the right to decline a claim if sufficient evidence indicates that the order was delivered correctly or if the claim cannot be substantiated.
• Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer either a replacement item or a refund.

The 10-working-day period allows sufficient time for delivery delays, tracking updates, and courier investigations to be completed before a claim is initiated.

If you contact us after the 10-working-day period, we will still do our best to assist you and advise on the available options; however, the investigation process and available resolutions may vary depending on the circumstances and the time elapsed since delivery.
